Duo wall embossed cup

Our unique patented paper cup is the perfectly balanced design between single cup hot cup and double wall embossed cup. The cup is composed of two thin layers of paperboard with the out layer embossed with customized pattern. The total thickness of this duo wall paper is same as the regular heavy duty single wall hot cup; with the outer layer embossing pattern that creates air gap, the cup performs hot insulation almost same as normal double wall embossed cup, but is light in weight and occupies less space in logistics.

Plastic-Free Paper Cup

Kraftpack’s unique sustainable paper cup is made from paperboard with aqueous coating as moisture barrier and heat sealer. The new coating is water dispersions of polymers(Acrylic Acid Copolymer) which are generally called latexes, are wide used in paper-making as coatings, coating binders, colors and adhesives without using plastics or harmful fluorochemicals. 
The novel water-based technology does not interfere with the paper re-pulping process. There are no additional contaminants that have to be separated-just valuable paper pulp returned to the material stream. It can be recycled along other, normal paper waste, rather than being burned as is common with plastic-coated paper cups.
When tested, paper cups lined with the new coating were found to be able to hold hot and soft drinks for few days.

This patent product is the best application of takeout paper bowl when serving heavy oil food and soup. The The biggest problem with the paper bowl's inability to prevent heavy oil from leaking is that the oil will penetrate from the seam fault therefore cause oil mark on the surface. Our specially developed coating material and forming technology will perfectly seal the seam part that makes the product can withstand up to 24hr serving time.
